content responsibility
Advertiser Content Responsibility
Advertisers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, GDPR compliance, and regulatory compliance of advertising content submitted to AdCoral.
1. Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for all advertising content submitted to AdCoral, including text, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks, claims, prices, promotions, disclaimers, QR codes, landing pages, and linked destinations.
AdCoral may review, reject, pause, remove, or request changes to content. AdCoral's review is not legal approval and does not transfer responsibility from the advertiser to AdCoral.
2. Required confirmations
The person accepting this acknowledgement confirms they are authorised to submit advertising content for the advertiser.
The advertising content must be accurate, not misleading, and compliant with applicable consumer protection, advertising, data protection, intellectual property, competition, sector-specific, and public-display laws.
The advertiser must have all rights, licences, permissions, model releases, and other approvals needed to display the content.
3. Restricted content
Do not submit political, election, referendum, or issue-based campaigning content unless AdCoral has approved a separate compliance process in writing.
Do not submit gambling, alcohol, tobacco, medical, financial, crypto, adult, or other regulated-sector advertising unless the advertiser has all required licences and AdCoral has accepted that category.
If content uses AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, or deepfake material, the advertiser must include any legally required disclosure before publication.
