Terms of Use

1. Agreement

AdCoral is operated by Kenad Consulting Ltd, Reg. No. HE323514, VAT ID CY10323514Z, Athinon Avenue 8/302, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, unless another AdCoral contracting entity is named in an order, invoice, or signed agreement.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms in the product, placing an order, uploading advertising content, or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms on behalf of the business it represents.

If the person accepting these Terms does not have authority to bind that business, they must not use the service.

2. Service

AdCoral provides a digital out-of-home advertising platform. Customers may upload advertising content, select available inventory, request or launch campaigns, and receive reporting based on the AdCoral network and the commercial model available for the relevant market.

AdCoral may update the platform, campaign workflows, inventory availability, moderation workflow, billing model, reporting format, and technical requirements from time to time.

3. Business use only

The service is intended for business customers. The customer confirms that it uses the service for trade, business, professional, or organisational purposes, not as a consumer.

4. Customer advertising content

The customer is solely responsible for all advertising content it submits, including claims, images, video, logos, personal data, regulated-sector statements, prices, promotions, QR-code destinations, and landing pages.

AdCoral's review, approval, publication, or failure to reject content is not legal approval and does not reduce the customer's responsibility.

5. Payments and records

The customer must pay the fees shown in the platform, order, invoice, or other accepted commercial terms, and keep billing, tax, and contact details accurate.

Campaign cancellation, pause, and refund rights depend on the accepted campaign type, payment status, and capacity already reserved or delivered.
