Privacy and GDPR Notice
This Notice explains how AdCoral processes business contact, account, billing, campaign, security, and support data. It is an acknowledgement notice, not a request for consent to mandatory service processing.
1. Who we are
AdCoral is operated by Kenad Consulting Ltd, Reg. No. HE323514, VAT ID CY10323514Z, Athinon Avenue 8/302, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, unless another AdCoral entity is named in your account, order, invoice, or agreement.
For the personal data described in this Notice, AdCoral is usually the controller. This means AdCoral decides why and how the data is processed for account administration, platform operation, billing, security, legal compliance, support, and communications.
2. Data we process
We may process account data, business and billing data, campaign and creative metadata, support communications, technical and security logs, payment references, partner or host contact data, and legal-acceptance records.
Do not upload special-category personal data, children's data, biometric data, health data, or other high-risk personal data unless AdCoral has expressly agreed in writing.
3. Why we process it
We process personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide the advertising service, invoice and collect payment, review content, send service notices, handle disputes, and keep legally required records.
Optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies are separate. They are not required to use the service and are not bundled into this Notice acknowledgement.
4. Rights and complaints
Individuals may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
In Cyprus, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
